Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of proven CPG sales experience.
• Proven track record navigating complex negotiations and securing win-win outcomes.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team across Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and execute multi-year profitable growth plan aligning corporate goals with regional channel priorities.
• Sales Agency Management: oversee external sales agencies and regional field operations to foster high performance.
• P&L Ownership: manage the full Regional Grocery P&L, including gross-to-net, net sales, trade spend and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead a multi-disciplinary team across Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure execution.
