Ideal candidates have 6+ years in CPG and 2+ years of major account experience with MS Office or Google

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience.
• 2+ years of key customer account experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives
• Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third party retail teams
• Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance
• Have P&L and financial responsibility
• Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer collaboration opportunities
• Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners, sharing feedback, annual and mid-performance reviews to hold team accountable for individual and team objectives
