Advantixx Insurance Group in Henderson, NV is seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help build a dependable pipeline of qualified insurance prospects. You will support agency growth through campaign execution, lead research, outbound outreach, appointment setting, referral development, and accurate CRM tracking.

Responsibilities include researching and contacting prospective customers via phone, email, text, and social channels; qualifying interest; scheduling appointments;

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, appointment setting, inside sales or community outreach.
• Strong communication, organization, and CRM proficiency.
• Insurance license not required for non-licensed duties; licensing a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY

Support agency growth through campaign execution, lead research, outbound outreach, appointment setting, referral development, and accurate CRM tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and contact prospective customers using approved phone, email, text, digital, and community channels.


• Qualify interest, document needs, and schedule appointments for licensed producers.


• Maintain clean lead records, follow-up cadences, source tracking, and campaign reporting.


• Support social media, local events, referral partnerships, and customer outreach.


• Test messaging and improve lead-to-appointment conversion with agency leadership.


• Do not quote, advise on, negotiate, bind, or sell insurance unless properly licensed and authorized.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or community-outreach experience is helpful.


• Clear communication, persistence, organization, and comfort using CRM tools.


• Insurance license is not required for non-licensed lead-generation duties; willingness to pursue licensing is a plus.


• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

• Competitive base compensation based on experience and qualifications.


• Performance incentives may be offered for eligible results under the agency compensation plan.
