You will work alongside seasoned experts, learn the business from the ground up, and develop high-income sales and business skills to advance into leadership roles within the insurance industry.

Whether you have sales background or are new to insurance, we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear development path from day one, with a fixed base salary,

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting solutions.
• Insurance licenses preferred (assistance available if needed).

Responsibilities

• Learn how to quote, sell, and service insurance policies.
• Work directly with experienced insurance professionals and mentors.
• Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-driven opportunities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, drivers, families, and business owners.
• Develop consultative sales skills and client communication experience.
• Learn marketing, retention, business development, and agency operations.
• Gain experience in Home, Auto, Life, and Commercial Insurance.
