No prior insurance experience is required; leadership potential and a results-driven mindset are key. The role includes training, licensing support, and ongoing resources to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people development experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and build a team culture.
• Strong sales mindset and business acumen.
• Experience in recruiting and client development is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and service team
• Establish sales goals and create strategies to achieve them
• Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the local community
• Identify new client acquisition and business development strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators and agency results
• Implement marketing, networking, and referral strategies
• Create an accountable, positive, and performance-focused team culture
• Manage competing priorities and make effective day-to-day business decisions
• Develop processes that support client retention and long-term agency growth
• Partner with the local District team for coaching, training, and development
