This role supports contract IT consulting, partnering with hiring managers and our sales team to move quickly and place consultants. You will manage multiple searches across ERP, CRM, cloud, data, AI, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, building strategies and networks to identify top talent and deliver qualified candidates with urgency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for contract positions strongly preferred.
• IT recruiting experience preferred, but exceptional recruiters from engineering also considered.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver placements.
• Strong interviewing, qualification, relationships, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Meaningful contributions and sustained performance with previous employers.
• Competitive, results-oriented mindset with strong financial motivation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for contract IT consulting opportunities, from intake through candidate selection, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Recruit across a wide variety of technical and functional areas, including ERP, CRM, cloud, data, AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other specialized technologies.
• Quickly understand unfamiliar requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates rather than relying on applicants or existing databases.
• Manage multiple active searches while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.
• Thoroughly qualify candidates for technical experience, project background, communication skills, availability, compensation, and fit.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client priorities, provide market feedback, and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, recruiting activity, and pipeline updates in our systems.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and develop a network that supports future opportunities.
• Negotiate effectively, overcome obstacles, and consistently work toward successful placements.
