Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mainframe and PC based operating systems (e.g., Global 360 or similar workflow tool)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools, applications, programs, and techniques to identify trends in diverse data types
• Minimum 2 years of Tax Service experience or equivalent business/technical knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Procurement and maintenance of incoming data files, partnering with CDA to ensure timely acquisition
• Maintains CDA Tracking system to ensure timely processing of production files
• Performs file acquisitions via FTP/Download and verifies integrity within parameters
• Supports controls of data tape file specifications for exchanging information with tax agencies
• Partners with DITTO to verify data tape file layouts and reformats for 100% accuracy
• Agency Profile Maintenance for Header and Calendar accuracy
• Maintain TBRA/TPA and Agency Cross References for timely data flow
• Bill Request and Tax Payment Processing with QA verification
