What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the operational hub for payments: process calculations, prepare check packets, and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by gathering feedback and analyzing metrics
- Optimize workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance by drafting and reviewing letter agreements with precision
- Manage communication and oversee team mailboxes to ensure effective responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data management
- Experience with project management principles and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in Excel and other aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
