Job summary

Meta is seeking a collaborative attorney to join its Monetization Partnerships Legal team. You will support commercial and technology transactions across Meta's monetization products, including Meta Business Agent and Commerce, advising cross‑functional teams on deals and strategy.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, lead strategic partnerships, and help address regulatory issues. This role offers growth within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment shaping Meta's monetization

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. state or equivalent foreign bar license.
• Ability to obtain permission to practice law where licensure differs from role location.
• 8+ years of technology transactions experience at or for technology companies.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing technology deals to support business development and sales teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deals under tight deadlines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, privacy, and policy teams.
• Experience communicating complex legal concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on partner relationships and commercial initiatives.
• Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions.
• Lead 0→1 strategic partnerships from inception through launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, privacy, policy and other Legal teams to resolve issues.
• Administer and resolve legal issues in existing relationships.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks for evaluating partnerships.
