Job summary
Meta seeks a collaborative attorney to support its Monetization Partnerships Legal team in a broad range of commercial and technology transactions across monetization products and services. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to advise on business development, platform integrations, and enterprise partnerships, while counsel on legal risks and strategic initiatives.
You will also draft and negotiate complex transactions, lead 0→1 partnerships, and build scalable processes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Active U.S. bar license in good standing.
- 8+ years of technology transactions experience at or for tech companies.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology deals for business development and sales.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Experience advising on AI‑specific legal and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal support to Monetization Partnerships and Enterprise Sales teams.
- Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions.
- Lead and support 0→1 strategic partnerships from inception to launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Policy, and other Legal teams.
- Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks for partnerships.
- Counsel on risk, business strategy, and ongoing operations.
