Job summary

Meta seeks a collaborative attorney for its Monetization Partnerships Legal team to support commercial and technology transactions across monetization products. You will advise the Monetization Partnerships and Enterprise Sales teams, counsel on risk and strategy, and help shape partnerships and platform integrations.

Responsibilities include drafting and closing complex agreements, leading 0→1 partnerships, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Policy to address regulatory

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. state or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant technology transactions experience at or for technology companies (in-house and/or at a global law firm).
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing technology deals (e.g., licensing, product development, platform integrations).
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, privacy, and policy teams to evaluate legal risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders, developing long-term partner relationship strategies.
• Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions.
• Lead and support 0→1 strategic partnerships from inception through launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve novel legal and regulatory issues.
• Administer and resolve contract interpretation matters in existing relationships.
• Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for evaluating and executing partnerships.
