Job summary

Meta seeks an Associate General Counsel for Monetization Partnerships to advise internal teams on commercial and technology transactions across monetization products and services. You will lead complex deals, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Policy, and Legal teams, and help shape strategic partnerships from inception through launch.

Qualifications

JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
Ability to obtain permission to practice law in Meta location if licensure differs.
8+ years of relevant technology transactions experience.
Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing technology deals.
Experience coordinating multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, privacy, and policy teams.
Experience communicating complex legal concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and develop long-term partner strategies.
Draft, negotiate, manage, and close complex product and commercial transactions.
Lead 0→1 strategic partnerships from inception to launch.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve novel legal and regulatory issues.
Administer and resolve legal issues in existing relationships.
Build templates and playbooks for evaluating sophisticated partnerships.
