Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and all required export documentation for each booking and send via email to customer.
• Communicate with customers via email to obtain approval of draft documents and answer questions.
• Coordinate with steamship lines to resolve issues with OBLs, bookings, SI and invoices.
• Work with traders and team members to create shipping plans and contract applications.
