Andes Global Trading LLC is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist / Coordinator in Miami, FL. The role ensures end-to-end international shipping documents are prepared accurately and in compliance with destination-country and U.S. regulations.

You will handle cargo tracking and respond to customer inquiries about deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience in food trading export documentation, strong attention to detail, and can work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing export documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and agents.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COOs, and Bills of Lading.
• Submit EEI filings into ACE/AES or equivalents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies.
• Apply HS codes and ensure correct product valuation.
• Verify screening lists for restricted parties and maintain records.
