Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and all required export documentation for each booking and send via email/FedEx to customer
• Communicate with customers via email to obtain approval of draft documents
• Communicate with steamship lines to resolve issues with OBLs/bookings/invoices
• Work with trader and team to create shipping plans and contract applications
• Process supplier invoices and maintain organized files
