BigIron is hiring a full-time Equipment Sales Representative to support customers in the agriculture industry by selling BigIron's online auction services. This role includes a base salary, commission opportunities, company-provided tools, training, and sales support.

Representatives manage an assigned local territory and work directly with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and ag businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and local ag businesses
• Prospect for new business through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and phone outreach
• Meet with customers on farms, at shops, and throughout your assigned territory
• Evaluate equipment and discuss auction timing, pricing strategy, and selling options
