Job summary

BigIron is seeking a full-time Equipment Sales Representative to support customers in the agriculture sector by selling BigIron's online auction services. The role focuses on managing a local territory, building relationships with farmers and ag businesses, and guiding customers through the auction process from start to finish.

You will develop new business, provide sales support, and work with customers to market and sell equipment and related assets using BigIron's online platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and local ag businesses.
• Prospect for new business through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and phone outreach.
• Meet with customers on farms, at shops, and throughout your assigned territory.
• Evaluate equipment and discuss auction timing, pricing strategy, and selling options.
