Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking a driven Ag Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.

You’ll meet customers face-to-face to understand equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions, building long-term relationships that drive loyalty. As part of our Outside Sales team, you’ll log calls and meetings in the CRM, overcome objections, and carry Rexco’s market visibility at trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face-to-face to understand equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Proactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty
• Logging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunity
• Overcoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining Rexco's market visibility
• Representing Rexco at trade shows and industry events
• Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
