Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of America seeks a part-time Teen Services Professional to deliver after-school programs for teens 13–18, build positive relationships, and support club operations. You will supervise activities, help with program delivery across BGCA suites, and collaborate with staff and parents to foster a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for teen development, strong boundaries, accountability, and leadership. CPR/First Aid may be required after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old.
• At least 1 year experience with children.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate programs for teens ages 13–18.
• Recruit to reach 100 teen members and transport them when needed.
• Ensure safety and proper implementation of programs and activities.
• Maintain clean, attractive program spaces and reports.
• Assist Program Director with Club operations and membership registration.
