Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or HSE with 5 years of experience in after school required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience supervising or coordinating programs for youth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of summer day camp and afterschool programs.
• Coordinate staff, interns, and volunteers; maintain enrollment data.
• Ensure DYCD/DOE incident reports are completed and reported to the appropriate agency.
• Liaise with parents and school staff to align curriculum with school-day programs.
• Maintain records, attendance, and program supplies; manage vendor relations.
