Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations, safety, and youth programming at an afterschool site. You will foster an inclusive environment promoting academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character.

Responsibilities include program leadership, staff coaching, community partnerships, and efficient operations to support student achievement and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
• Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain a 1:15 staffing ratio.
• Community Partnerships: Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
