Boys & Girls Club of Utah County is seeking an Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead an afterschool program at a Provo Elementary Site or Spanish Fork Site. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
• Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.
• Community Partnerships: Build relationships with school admins, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
