Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator for our Cherry Hill Elementary location. You will lead an afterschool program, ensure a safe, engaging environment, and supervise staff and volunteers from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include planning youth development activities, maintaining a 1:15 staff-to-youth ratio, managing enrollment and attendance, building partnerships with school staff, and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in youth development or afterschool programs preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee high-quality youth development programs.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain staff-to-youth ratio.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Build relationships with school staff, families and partners.
• Manage site budgets, inventory, enrollment and attendance.
