California Teaching Fellows Foundation is seeking a Teaching Fellow Site Lead to supervise and coordinate afterschool activities at designated sites in Tulare County. You will serve as the primary liaison with school staff, ensuring compliance with licensing and state/federal rules, and you will prepare essential data reports to support grant funding.

The role includes coordinating programs, marketing, enrollment, and budget management while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for youth

Formación

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of 48 college units or passage of an approved exam, if applicable, to meet NCLB requirements.
• Availability to work from 1:00PM - 6:00PM, Monday through Friday.
• Proficiency in the English language; ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate afterschool programs with site administrators and personnel; ensure licensing compliance and data submission for grants.
• Develop marketing materials and manage enrollment data; input attendance and reports.
• Monitor classrooms, coach staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth.
• Manage budget, purchase orders, and supplies; track expenditures and grant funding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
