Job summary

California Teaching Fellows Foundation in Tulare County, CA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Site Lead for the afterschool program, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You will support the Site Lead, supervise staff and students, ensure safety, manage data entry and reporting, and help deliver CTFF's mission on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, marketing the program, monitoring classrooms, tutoring students, and stepping in for the site lead as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of 48 college units or passing an approved exam to meet NCLB requirements.
• Availability to work 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist site lead coordinator in coordinating CTFF program activities and data collection.
• Develop marketing materials and enrollment outreach for CTFF program; input attendance as directed.
• Monitor classrooms and coach staff to support student learning and behavior.
• Tutor, monitor, and mentor student learning daily, with lesson-planning and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned and step in for the site lead when needed.
