Job summary

New Castle Community School Corporation is seeking a 21st CCLC Site Coordinator to lead afterschool and summer programs at Riley Elementary, Westwood Elementary, or New Castle Middle School. You will manage daily OST operations, staff, and partnerships to deliver academic enrichment and SEL aligned with Indiana standards.

The role requires two years of related experience, a degree, and strong organizational skills; schedule spans school-year and summer with evening family events.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum two years experience in program coordination or OST settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day OST programming at the assigned site.
• Implement structured schedules and attendance systems.
• Coordinate setup, supervision, and transitions between activities.
• Supervise site staff, volunteers, and partners.
• Facilitate check-ins, support, observations, and feedback.
• Ensure curriculum fidelity and alignment with supports.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators on student progress.
