Job summary

PUC Schools is seeking an Afterschool Program Coordinator at its Central Office in Burbank, CA to lead and manage afterschool programming across ASES, ELOP, Think Together and other grants. This role reports to the Director of Compliance and focuses on vision, compliance, planning, and collaboration with site administrators to uplift each school’s afterschool offerings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in Extended Learning or related field, and strong skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with Extended Learning Program or equivalent
• Coordinator experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with the Director of Compliance to maintain the vision, mission, and compliance of all afterschool program offerings at PUC Schools (i.e., ASES, ELOP, Think Together, any other grant funded program)
• Coordinate and collaborate with school administrators to uplift each school’s afterschool program
• Coordinate and collaborate with professional afterschool program networks to continuously learn and innovate in support of PUC Schools
