• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff; manage timesheets and substitutes.
• Maintain enrollment records and class schedules.
• Develop procedures for operation and budget reconciliation.
• Collaborate with partners to plan program components.
• Market information to students, parents, and community.
• Meet deadlines and report grant documentation.
• Support data collection for program evaluation.
