Job summary

The Manchester School District is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program to support daily academic enrichment across sites. This grant-funded, full-time role includes leading training, developing partnerships, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring compliance with grant goals while maintaining strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Multilingual preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate, motivate and support a team and provide constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office, Publisher, Google Drive, Gmail, and data collection systems.
• Experience in staff training and mentoring.
• Ability to speak in public and with the media.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of daily academic enrichment activities for all 21st CCLC sites.
• Lead creation, evaluation and improvement of enrichment programming while ensuring grant goals.
• Provide training, coaching and feedback to 21st CCLC program staff.
• Develop and implement training and orientation for volunteers and external groups.
• Develop partnerships with external providers to expand program offerings.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed.
• Review and prepare employee stipends for processing.
• Cultivate funding opportunities including grants and donations.
• Provide administrative support to the program director.
• Attend required trainings and conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
