Job summary

Beaumont ISD is seeking a Campus Program Coordinator (Non-Certified) to oversee Save the Children afterschool and summer programs at the PIETZSCH-MACARTHUR PK-8 Center in Beaumont, TX. The role reports to the Principal and operates as a nonexempt, flat-rate hourly position at $17.00 per hour for 187 days.

The coordinator will structure activity schedules, supervise literacy tutors, review data, engage families, and ensure proper training and resources are in place for successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Texas teaching certificate preferred.
• Experience coordinating afterschool or summer programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the 21st CCLC afterschool and summer programs.
• Structure activity schedules for DRLB, ERLB, Healthy Choices, math, and enrichment.
• Organize students into groups by grade level and reading ability with tutors.
• Support literacy tutors in daily activities and fluency-building exercises.
• Review DRLB/ERLB data with staff and ensure training for program delivery.
• Assist with data collection, attendance, and evaluation reporting.
• Engage families through planned activities and regular communication.
