beachampion is looking for a dedicated After‑School Site Coordinator in Houston to manage the daily operations of our after‑school program. This role involves supervising staff and ensuring a safe and structured environment for students.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in educational settings and possess strong leadership skills. The position requires part-time hours from 3:30-6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a compensation range of $16 to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in educational, childcare, or youth development setting.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
