Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor (BGCNIC) seeks a Team Lead in Mishawaka, IN to drive daily programming with high quality and fidelity to BGCA models. You will partner with the Site Coordinator/Club Director to plan, communicate, and adjust schedules, lead Youth Development Professionals, and ensure safe, engaging activities for youth ages 5–18 across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in education, youth development, social work, recreation, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading youth programs and coordinating staff effectively.
• Familiarity with BGCA curricula, grant components, and program delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and adjust daily/weekly programming schedules for each program day.
• Communicate schedules, staff assignments, and expectations to site staff.
• Provide on-site coaching and support to Youth Development Professionals.
• Ensure programs align with BGCA and grant requirements with fidelity.
• Assist with administrative tasks, attendance, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Programming Team and Grants Coordinator on program quality and compliance.
