Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor is seeking staff to support afterschool programming for K-12 members and their families. You will help plan and run activities, build positive rapport, and guide youth in a fast-paced setting.

We serve 3,000 children across 35+ sites with emphasis on social-emotional learning, college readiness, and academic enrichment. Candidates should be reliable, CPR-certified (preferred), and able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; some post-secondary education preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience working with youth in recreation, coaching, tutoring, or teaching.
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office and various computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement program activities and schedules for K-12 members.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment and sustain staff presence during operating hours.
• Engage youth using development-centered strategies and activities.
• Record, report, and support administrative functions related to youth development.
