Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Some college education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with youth and youth development knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program development and implementation of outcome-based activities.
• Lead education, homework support, arts, crafts, and physical activity sessions.
• Encourage member participation and communicate program successes to leadership.
• Maintain grant documentation, attendance, and reporting data on time.
