Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead educators and maintain high-quality afterschool programs in California. You will supervise staff, ensure engaging curriculum, and build strong ties with schools and families to support children’s learning.

Qualifications

• 2 years direct experience working with children under 13
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Must be 18 years or older with a Highschool Diploma
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators and/or assistant teachers to deliver engaging educational experiences and curriculum
• Develop relationships with school administration, parents, & PTA to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage staff compliance with district policies and procedures
• Maintain communication with children, parents, staff and school personnel
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to ensure safety and learning
• Organize program materials, document attendance and incidents
• Manage and order supplies according to curriculum
• Meet and report to Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance
