Right At School is seeking an Program Manager to lead afterschool educational experiences and staff teams in a California setting. You will build strong relationships with schools, parents, and PTA chapters to deliver engaging activities and ensure high-quality student outcomes.

The role emphasizes classroom management, child safety, and program administration, with opportunities for professional development and schedule flexibility aligned to school calendars.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong classroom management with positive discipline.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and ability to engage children in activities.
• Respect for and dedication to working with children.
• 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with a Highschool Diploma.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of educators to deliver engaging, interactive educational experiences and curriculum.
• Develop relationships with school administration, parents, and PTA to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff compliance with district policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to support safety and learning.
• Lead educator/assistant teacher team in organizing materials, attendance, and observations.
• Manage and order supplies according to curriculum.
• Meet and report to Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance.
