Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Suwanee, GA to lead after-school programs with focus on safe, engaging activities that inspire a love of learning. The role supports families and schools, coordinating staff and daily operations during the 2:45 PM–6:00 PM shift, with up to 16.25 hours per week and a pay rate of $21.00–$24.00 per hour depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.
• Age 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards, coach staff, maintain policies and attendance.
• Safety Assurance: support and report safety protocols for participants.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment.
