Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and support after‑school programs, ensuring safety, joyful learning, and strong family communication. The role emphasizes staff coaching, policy adherence, and daily activity planning.

Ideal candidates bring child development knowledge, strong prioritization, and solid communication skills. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on education and experience, with morning and late afternoon

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written, and visual.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & joy: model qualities, support staff, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain site documents and licensing standards; update attendance and policies.
• Engage families, clients, peers, and children to build trust and relationships.
• Respond promptly to emails and inquiries during program hours.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
