Job summary

The Manchester School District is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program to support daily academic enrichment across sites. Responsibilities

  • Support planning and implementation of daily academic enrichment activities for all 21st CCLC sites.
  • Lead creation, evaluation and improvement of enrichment programming while ensuring grant goals.
  • Provide training, coaching and feedback to 21st CCLC program staff.
  • Develop and implement training and orientation for volunteers and external groups.
  • Develop partnerships with external providers to expand program offerings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed.
  • Review and prepare employee stipends for processing.
  • Cultivate funding opportunities including grants and donations.
  • Provide administrative support to the program director.
  • Attend required trainings and conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Specific Core Function

The program coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of daily academic enrichment activities for all 21st CCLC sites. This responsibility is in addition to serving as a site coordinator and running their own program.

Responsibilities of the Position
  • Perform all of the responsibilities of a 21st CCLC Site Coordinator.
  • In collaboration with the program director, provide leadership in the creation, evaluation and improvement of the academic enrichment programming while maintaining compliance with the goals and objectives of the 21 st CCLC grants.
  • Ensure overall program quality by providing training, coaching and feedback to 21 st CCLC program staff regarding the development, scheduling and implementation of new curriculum class offerings and enrichment activities.
  • Develop and implement training and orientation for volunteers and outside groups assisting in the program.
  • Research and develop new partnerships with external program providers/agencies to expand program offerings.
  • Assist the program director in coordinating and facilitating meetings as necessary and appropriate.
  • Review and prepare employee stipends for processing.
  • Assist the program director in identifying and cultivating new opportunities to diversify funding streams, including grants and donations.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the program director as required.
  • Attend training, workshops, and annual conference(s) as mandated by the NHDOE.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the program director.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversight and supervision of program staff and volunteers, including stipend positions and part-time hourly workers.
Specified Length/Hours of Position
  • This is a grant-funded, non-affiliated 40 hours a week, 210-day position, with a flexible work schedule, some evenings and weekends required. Continued employment is contingent upon funding.

Annual Salary: $45,000
