Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader in Oxnard, California, responsible for leading and mentoring students in a nurturing environment. Qualifications

• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with groups of students.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students, maintaining high standards for behavior.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through appropriate conduct.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices.
• Maintain student safety by managing attendance.
• Assist with homework and provide academic enrichment.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Ability to speak and write Standard English

Advanced Math skills (K–8)

Advanced English skills (K–8)

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

48 semester/60 quarter units (district-specific)
