Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work in California classrooms in-person with a group of students. The role focuses on safety, behavior support, and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, district units, and English proficiency, plus a Live Scan and TB test. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred for supporting English learners.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• District-specific 48 sem / 60 quarter units and/or pre-employment test.
• Must speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Live Scan background check required.
• Provide negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
• Experience with groups of 10+ students in classroom, afterschool, or recreation setting.
• Advanced Math and English skills (K–8).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in an in-person setting, maintaining high behavior and safety standards.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment.
• Assist with snack prep, setup, and cleanup.
• Set up and maintain clean, orderly school or site spaces.
• Communicate student needs to Site Program Manager, teachers, and parents.
• Participate in staff development.
