Job summary

YMCA OF COLLIER COUNTY INC is seeking a part-time School Age Enrichment Leader to supervise children in the after-school program. You will implement daily activities and maintain a safe, engaging environment for K-5 students.

The role requires a minimum age of 17, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain 45 hours of state-m mandated training within 90 days. A Level 2 background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening.
• Must be willing to obtain state mandated 45 hours of training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of children (K-5th) during out-of-school hours, holidays, and camp days.
• Implementation of planned daily activities.
• Maintenance of the program environment.
• Develop positive relationships with children, parents, school personnel, and community members.
