YMCA of Collier County in Naples, FL is seeking a School Age Enrichment Leader to supervise children in after-school hours, holidays and camp days. Under the Site Supervisor, you will implement activities and maintain the program environment while building positive relationships with families and staff.
This entry-level role offers training and a path to careers in social services or childcare, with part-time hours Monday–Friday from 2:15–6:30pm, and full-time shifts when schools are closed.
Position Summary
The School Age Enrichment Leader position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. The School Age Enrichment Leader is a vital member of a team of people with the goal of providing excellent care for school aged children (K‑5th grade) during out of school hours, holidays, and camp days. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for direct supervision of children, implementation of planned daily activities, and maintenance of all aspects of the Program environment. He/she will make every effort to develop and foster a positive relationship with the children, their parents, school personnel, and community members.

Must be at least 17 years old or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to obtain state mandated 45 hours of training within 90 days of employment.
Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening.
This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday from 2:15‑6:30pm.
When public schools are closed, staff work full time shift hours at either Collier County YMCA branch location.
This can be an entry level position for the right candidate looking to pursue careers in social work, or childcare. We will train you!
