Job summary

Girls Inc. of Tarrant County is seeking a Site Instructor to implement after-school programming for children ages 4-12, Monday through Friday, 3:00-6:30 p.m., 13–18 hours per week, in the Arlington, Fort Worth and Lake Worth area.

Work includes planning engaging activities, ensuring student safety, and maintaining attendance records under the Site Supervisor. Strong communication with youth and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and background checks clear.
• Ability to communicate with youth and engage them in activities.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening.
• Reliable transportation and Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Supervisor to plan and facilitate activities.
• Ensure safety of students during activities and field trips.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues and attendance records.
• Assist with program planning and maintain professional conduct.
