Qualifikationen

• CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Qualified as School Aged Site Supervisor per NJ licensing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily afterschool program at the site.
• Supervise staff and provide feedback to improve program quality.
• Implement enrichment activities aligned with goals for youth.
• Coordinate communication with parents/guardians about students.
• Ensure compliance with NJDCF licensing and program requirements.
• Maintain attendance, registrations and reporting documentation.
