Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Clifton Inc seeks a School Site Coordinator to lead before-and-after school programs in Clifton Public Elementary Schools. You will oversee operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance with licensing, and deliver high-quality youth development activities.

This part-time, non-exempt role runs Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon shifts; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and experience with out-of-school-time programs is valued. Compensation is $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a licensed childcare center, school-age program, or similar youth development setting.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of child and youth development principles and positive behavior management strategies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and establish appropriate professional boundaries.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, fingerprinting, and health clearances.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for multiple school-based before-and after-school programs with consistent schedules and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Support licensing compliance and staff records, including required documentation and reporting.
• Onboard, supervise, schedule, and evaluate site staff to maintain appropriate staffing ratios.
• Build partnerships with families, Clifton Public Schools, and community partners.
• Maintain safe, inclusive learning environments and implement safety procedures.
