Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in an after-school setting.

• Meets NJDCF licensing requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and supervising BGC staff at Wallington JR/SR High School.
• Support and oversee daily activities and ensure program quality.
• Coordinate with families and school staff; communicate concerns.
• Review lesson plans and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain program records and safety compliance.
