Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; NJ teaching certification preferred.
• Experience with middle/high school students and after-school programs.
• Strong communication and ability to engage diverse youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects.
• Facilitate career exploration activities and college readiness.
• Mentor students and build positive relationships; support project-based learning.
• Monitor participation, maintain documentation, and coordinate with site staff.
