Boys & Girls Club of Clifton, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Preschool Before & After Care program to oversee daily operations at the CELA sites in Clifton, NJ.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance with NJDCF requirements, maintain attendance records, communicate with families, and coordinate transitions between preschool and care to provide a high-quality, nurturing experience for children.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising preschool staff and coordinating program operations.
• Strong communication with families and staff, and adherence to policies.
• Knowledge of NJDCF licensing requirements and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily before and after care operations and staffing.
• Maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and ensure safety procedures.
• Coordinate transitions between preschool and care and manage attendance records.
• Communicate with families and report operational concerns to leadership.
• Ensure documentation, licensing compliance, and staff training.
• Support program activities, enrollment, and events as needed.
