Job summary

California Teaching Fellows Foundation is seeking a part-time Assistant Site Lead in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will supervise an afterschool program, support staff and students, and ensure activities align with educational goals.

Applicants must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma, and be authorized to work in the U.S. The position offers a flexible schedule from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, along with professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and a tuberculosis exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the afterschool program.
• Develop marketing materials for the program.
• Monitor classroom engagement and provide feedback.
• Tutor and mentor students in a supportive environment.
